Ask the Doctor

HEY DOCS. WHAT MAKES YOUR PRACTICE DIFFERENT THAN OTHER OFFICES IN TOWN? THANKS, BRYAN N.

Hi Bryan.  Great question.  It’s one we have to answer quite often and make sure we live up to the answer every day.  Certainly there are some technical answers we could rattle off like we are not only the top Invisalign provider for teens and adults in Northern Nevada, but among the most experienced in the nation.  Also, we have four office locations throughout the Reno/Sparks area and are open five days a week to make appointments as convenient as possible.  We have great staff members that have been with us for a very long time,  many as much as 10, 15, and 20+ years.  We’ve been serving the Reno/Sparks area  for over 40+ years.  However, what we feel makes us especially different is in what we strive for everyday: To ensure our patients’ orthodontic experience is the best it can possibly be.  This is the foundation for all of the first answers we already mentioned.  We want our patients experience to be comfortable, convenient, fun, unique, and enjoyable while creating the best smile in town.  We’ve placed Ipads, video-games, movies, ice-cream treats in every office.  We have monthly contests for our patients to play and win fun prizes as well as patient rewards for referring friends and families.  We have a 7-up Kids Club where our young patients can spin the wheel to win prizes at every appointment.  We offer a variety of treatment options for kids and adults to chose from and aim to offer the most advanced technology in our field to make treatment the most efficient and comfortable as possible.  Finally, we have an entire team that is highly trained and  shares our dedication to deliver upon our patient experience goal on a daily basis.  Bryan, it’s hard to sum up everything that makes us different in a short paragraph, but hopefully you can see where our passion lies and we hope you will allow us to show you in person what makes us different for your orthodontic needs.  Thanks again for your question!
